Job Summary:
The HR Lead will oversee and manage the day-to-day human resources operations within the organization. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR initiatives that support business goals and employee satisfaction. The HR Lead will serve as a strategic partner to management, provide HR guidance to employees, and ensure the smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the right talent is acquired for the organization.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee morale.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct training and development programs to support employee growth and performance improvement.
- Manage HR systems and ensure accurate HR records, including employee data and compliance documentation.
- Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and assist managers in setting and achieving performance goals.
- Manage HR reporting and analytics to identify trends, measure success, and drive improvements in HR processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that align HR practices with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels and manage conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
