We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resource professional to join our team in Bacolod City. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of compensation and benefits practices, helping us attract, retain, and motivate our workforce effectively.

What You'll Do
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation programs
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures
Support employee benefits administration and communication
Maintain accurate records related to payroll and benefits data
Analyze compensation trends to recommend adjustments
Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits roles
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
