Compensation range: AU$4,100 - AU$4,500/month

About The Role
This role is perfect for someone who loves HubSpot, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to work autonomously while contributing to a team that has their back.
If you’re selected, you will:
- Take ownership of your role, making decisions to drive HubSpot projects forward.
- Build relationships with clients as you support them achieve their business goals through Hubspot optimization and implementation projects.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values accountability over micromanagement.
- Document processes and challenge the status quo to make improvements that matter.
- Coordinate HubSpot-related projects (not more than 5 projects being handled simultaneously), ensuring they’re delivered on time and exceed expectations.
- Strategize on project planning, scheduling, and task management to drive flawless execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to define goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor milestones, keeping everyone on track with clear communication and regular updates.
- Deep dive into tools like HubSpot, Outlook, and Teamwork, becoming an efficiency powerhouse.
- Bridge the gap between clients and the internal team, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Identify challenges early and contribute to solutions that keep projects moving.
- Prioritise tasks and manage resources to maximise productivity and results.
- Build and enhance relationships with clients while managing projects.
- At least 3 years of experience working on Hubspot implementation covering sales, marketing and service hubs.
- At least 5 years of multi-client management experience.
- Highly strategic in planning and executing Hubspot projects.
- Experienced in project coordination, ideally within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Highly proficient with HubSpot and eager to expand your expertise.
- Proficiency in the following tools is preferred: Teamwork, Loom, Make, Zapier, and any LMS.
- A strong communicator who can build trust with clients and teammates alike.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
- Proactive and solution-driven, with a hunger to learn and innovate.
- Tech-savvy and excited to master new tools and processes
