We are seeking a HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist to drive our email marketing campaigns and automation strategies. This role is essential in managing our extensive HubSpot email marketing infrastructure, ensuring effective communication with our global healthcare audience. The position will alleviate leadership's routine task load while maintaining seamless marketing operations across US and Singapore time zones.

The Impact you’ll make

Email Campaign Management

• Build and execute email campaigns in HubSpot


• Design and optimize automated workflows and sequences


• Create and maintain targeted distribution lists


• Monitor and report on campaign performance

Data & Integration Management

• Perform website data scraping tasks


• Manage HubSpot database integrity


• Work with API integrations for data consistency


• Organize campaign data in Excel/Google Sheets

Content Implementation

• Convert team content into email campaigns


• Ensure campaign alignment with content strategy


• Maintain consistent messaging across campaigns


• Create effective email sequences

Cross-timezone Collaboration

• Coordinate with US-based marketing team


• Align campaign schedules across time zones


• Participate in team communications


• Support workflow integration improvements

Measure of Success

• Successful integration into existing marketing operations within 30 days


• Establishment of efficient HubSpot campaign processes


• Demonstrated ability to manage data entry and campaign tasks independently


• Positive feedback from cross-functional team members

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven HubSpot platform expertise


• Experience with email marketing automation


• Strong data entry and management skills


• Understanding of API integrations (basic level)


• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
