As the HSE Support Coordinator, you are responsible in ensuring the implementation of GHD’s HSE Management System in NSW/ACT & PNG regions, enhancing health, safety, welfare, and environmental stewardship for staff, clients, and contractors by fostering a strong HSE culture.

About The Role
As the HSE Support Coordinator, you are responsible in ensuring the implementation of GHD’s HSE Management System in NSW/ACT & PNG regions, enhancing health, safety, welfare, and environmental stewardship for staff, clients, and contractors by fostering a strong HSE culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute end of the month reports and PowerBI dashboard updates.
- Maintain Garmin register and update insurances in Pegasus.
- Coordinate travel bookings and manage Concur receipts for the HSE Manager.
- Schedule and support HSE Corporate Inductions and PM training sessions.
- Review and post PM competency assessments via MS Forms.
- Maintain Office Visitor Induction materials and arrange First Aid training.
- Previous experience as a Coordinator, ideally in an HSE role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work both within a team and independently
- Proficiency in tools like PowerBI, Concur, and MS Forms.
