What You´ll Do

  • Assist with the review and processing of employee authorization requests
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in data entry and analysis related to authorization metrics
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for team meetings
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support as needed, fostering a positive work environment

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
  • Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
