HR TRAINING SPECIALIST (URGENT HIRING)

The Human Resource Training Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs within the organization.
He/She will collaborate with different teams and leaders to identify training needs, design training modules, and deliver effective training sessions. He/She also assesses training outcomes and continuously seeks ways to enhance employee development and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of training needs across the organization. Collaborate with HR teams and department managers to identify skills gaps and determine training requirements.
- Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs, including curriculum, training materials, and resources, to address identified needs. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and methods, such as presentations, workshops, and e-learning platforms. Adapt training delivery based on audience needs and learning styles.
- Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations, gathering feedback, and measuring training outcomes. Make recommendations for improvements and modifications as needed.
- Employee Development: Collaborate with HR teams to support employee development initiatives. Provide guidance and resources for career planning, skill enhancement, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Training Administration: Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, and training records. Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and training facilities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a HR department.
- Strong knowledge of training principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in designing and developing training materials and resources.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes and employee development programs.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
