The HR Training and Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and improve employee skills, productivity, and performance. This role will work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions to foster employee growth and development.

- Design and develop effective training programs for employees across various levels, focusing on leadership, technical skills, and soft skills development.
- Tailor training programs to meet both organizational objectives and individual employee needs.
- Create training schedules and ensure training programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
- Analyze performance data and employee feedback to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Lead workshops, seminars, webinars, and employee development sessions to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Gather and analyze feedback to make improvements and ensure that training meets desired outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to Top Management on the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
- Identify high-potential employees and implement leadership development programs to prepare them for future managerial roles.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with HR to support employee retention by aligning training opportunities with career progression.
- Ensure training programs are compliant with all industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in the field of employee development.
