Role: HR Team Lead - Total rewards

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles

Schedule: Morning/Mid shift


Job Description:

Compensation Management:

  • Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive pay levels.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and incentive programs.
  • Administer annual salary review processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals and budget constraints.


Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.
  • Evaluate benefit plan options, negotiate with vendors, and recommend changes to enhance the overall benefits package.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements such as ERISA, ACA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Prepares staff movement documents such as Merit Letters, Personnel Action Form (Salary Increase/Promotion/Transfer/Honorarium/ Disengagement/ Engagement/HMO and etc.)


Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to link compensation and rewards to performance management processes.
  • Develop and maintain performance-based incentive programs, including sales commissions and bonus structures.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage Staff Central pages such as Performance Reviews, Letter of Intent (LOI) Request for Engaged/Hub, and Service Feedback (PH and Global Employees)
  • Updates Staff Central employee record for any changes such as Employee titles, departments, and client status


Employee Communication and Education:

  • Communicate effectively with employees about compensation and benefits programs, including policy updates, changes, and enhancements.
  • Provide education and guidance to employees on understanding their total rewards package and maximizing its value.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and HR partners on total rewards best practices and compliance requirements.


Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Stay abreast of legislative changes and regulatory updates related to compensation, benefits, and employment practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions as needed.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Global Total Rewards Experience
  • 2-3 Years Total Rewards Experience
