Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product / Go-to-market strategy
- Based on market and customer insights, build an LNW Asia vision of our tables ecosystem, encompassing all elements of our product line (see product knowledge).
- Understand the market & competitive offerings very well and develop the right plan including our market positioning to ensure we set ourselves up for success.
- Manage a B2B client list in a professional and organized manner with regular product feedback & review meetings, share client requirements and build a strong list of product feature requests.
- Support our sales team to build high value customer proposals and ensure customers have the L&W offering at the top of their wish list.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients including (but not limited to) shufflers, progressives, table game software, proprietary table games, smart/digital tables, data ecosystem etc.
- Become the industry expert to represent LNW and the broader Table games category for LNW at events, customer engagements and regulatory interactions across Asia.
- Manage a small team of technical and product experts to drive installations and customer engagement.
- Incorporate a tight project management methodology to ensure that all stakeholders (customers, sales, management, marketing, R&D, product management etc) are aligned and in the loop of our developments.
- Work closely with and influence the R&D team to bring our product roadmap to life in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of Asia market inputs into R&D initiatives across a broad category of products and ensure alignment with the ETG and Slots teams
Education and Qualification:
- Master’s degree preferred with strong operator / customer facing experience.
- Proactive, high energy and a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results-oriented environment.
- Tech & data (data ecosystem, analytics, metrics) savvy, customer service oriented, professional, resourceful, patient and tactful in handling customer inquiries and negotiations.
- A minimum of 10 years in operator / customer facing / consulting roles.
- Innovation driven, proven experience in developing new solutions and designing market leading features.
- A track record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates. Industry references will be required.
- This is not a 9 to 5 role. This role requires irregular work hours for calls across all major time zones (US, Europe, India, Asia, ANZ), clients meetings and requires a level of personal flexibility.
- This role requires frequent international travel as well as a regular commute between LNW offices in Clark, Macau and Singapore.
- Actively co-operate and comply with the company’s WHS Policy and Program to ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others in the workplace
