Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor – Employee Relations and Benefits to oversee employee welfare programs, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support a positive workplace environment. This role manages benefit administration, employee services, records, and offboarding processes, while also contributing to engagement initiatives and continuous process improvements. The position plays a key part in maintaining employee satisfaction and supporting cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Benefits Administration

Oversee implementation of government-mandated and company-provided benefits (e.g., HMO, life insurance, uniform distribution, employee reward systems).

Ensure timely and accurate processing of timekeeping records and benefits-related documentation.

Coordinate with providers (e.g., Medicard, Sunlife) to resolve escalations and ensure service quality.

Manage annual physical exam programs and follow-through requirements.

Maintain accurate records, monitor usage, and ensure compliance through regular audits.

Serve as point of contact with agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.

  • Employee Services and Records Management

Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files.

Review and approve documentation requests such as employment certificates and ID cards.

Safeguard employee data and ensure adherence to data privacy laws.

Identify and implement improvements in documentation and service request workflows.

  • Employee Relations

Oversee offboarding processes including clearance, final pay, and documentation.

Address employee concerns related to welfare and coordinate with relevant departments or vendors.

Support engagement programs and gather feedback to improve employee experience.

Supervise and guide junior HR staff in daily tasks and foster a service-focused mindset.

  • Process Improvement and Coordination

Develop and update SOPs related to employee services and welfare programs.

Support or lead HR projects such as wellness campaigns, technology rollouts, and CSR activities.

Coordinate with departments like Finance and Operations for smooth cross-functional HR support.

Prepare reports and analysis for management to support decision-making and policy updates.

Performance Indicators

Timely and accurate processing of benefits and employee services

Employee satisfaction and feedback

Process turnaround times and issue resolution

Compliance with audits and documentation standards

Effectiveness in mentoring and supervising junior staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2–3 years of HR experience with exposure to payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee relations

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefit programs

Experience In Supervising Or Mentoring a Small Team Preferred

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality
