Job Summary
Autolux Corp. is hiring a highly skilled ACCOUNTING STAFF (QuickBooks Online Accountant) to oversee, clean up, and maintain our accounting system. The ideal candidate must have deep experience using QuickBooks Online Plus, and will be responsible for organizing the chart of accounts, correcting journal entries, classifying transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring our records are accurate and audit-ready.

Job Summary
Autolux Corp. is hiring a highly skilled ACCOUNTING STAFF (QuickBooks Online Accountant) to oversee, clean up, and maintain our accounting system. The ideal candidate must have deep experience using QuickBooks Online Plus, and will be responsible for organizing the chart of accounts, correcting journal entries, classifying transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring our records are accurate and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and fix the existing Chart of Accounts to ensure proper structure and compliance
- Record, adjust, and correct journal entries accurately
- Categorize and reconcile all bank and credit card transactions
- Set up rules and automation for regular expenses and income items
- Generate standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure tax compliance by maintaining properly classified and labeled accounts (e.g., input/output VAT)
- Work closely with the business owner or accountant for monthly reporting and audit readiness
- Clean historical data and ensure transaction consistency
- Manage QuickBooks Online integrations (e.g., banks, payroll, 3rd party tools if needed)
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online Plus (not just desktop version)
- At least 2–3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, accrual, journal entries)
- Familiarity with the Philippine tax system (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Experience cleaning up or migrating messy QuickBooks accounts is a huge plus
- Detail-oriented and accurate with a strong sense of organization
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Trustworthy, able to handle confidential financial data
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with SMEs or entrepreneurs
- Work-from-home or hybrid setup (Quezon City base preferred)
- Full-time or part-time (project-based cleanup available)
- Competitive rate depending on experience and scope
