culture building programs, events and employee engagement activities and initiatives across Hedcor group; and ensure
that all these are aligned with 1AP Culture.

The HR Supervisor for Culture and Engagement will be responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of all

Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any degree relevant to the
- With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in HR and at least one (1) year in Culture building and
- With at least three (3) years of leadership experience
- Has implemented at least one-culture building program
- Preferably with experience in events management
