The Appraiser is primarily responsible for conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in appraisal, credit investigation, title verification, annotation and/or encumbrance of Mortgage with government agencies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses
- Preferably a Registered Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA)
- Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system
- Good command of the oral and written language
- Computer Literate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to do field work
