- Reports maintains and manages government records such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig and other employee-related concerns.
- Monitors and reports AUB, SSS, and Pagibig Loans.
- Primary contact for any transactions involving SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig.
- In charge of timekeeping and preparing payroll.
- Personally attend employee’s inquiries about payroll and other benefits
- Attracts suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Screens applicants and conducts interviews to fill vacant positions by evaluating their knowledge, skills, and experience to find the best fit for open roles.
- Prepares job offers probationary and regularization contracts for regular and new employees including Personnel Action Notice.
- Keeps the 201 files of the employees updated.
- Prepares employee Notice to Explain (NTEs) as directed by the HR Manager.
- Reinforce the implementation of clear policies, ensuring awareness to maintain compliance.
