HR Supervisor

About the role

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in our Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu location. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the continued growth and success of our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure job structures are maintained by regularly updating job requirements and descriptions for all roles.
• Develop objectives, plans, budgets, and policies for the Human Resources Department.
• Oversee the recruitment process and employee testing programs.
• Carry out performance evaluations and regularly suggest reward schemes
• Review and assess compensation policies and procedures on an annual basis.
• Notify management of critical HR matters and issues, including changes in staffing needs, legal considerations, and practices related to hiring, discipline, and termination.
• Maintain company staffing levels by establishing and managing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
• Advise managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend necessary changes.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
• With 2-3 year’s experience in Human Resources Development or equivalent. Job role in HR equivalent. Experience in P
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and solid organizational skills.
