Support timekeeping, compensation and benefits process to meet the required deliverables both for internal and external customers and requirements.
- Submit Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, updating of employees’ records and other related documents to Social Security System.
- Submit Pag-Ibig loan application forms and other related documents to Pag-Ibig.
- Submit Philhealth ER2 for newly onboarded and RF-1 for separated employees and other related documents for updating of records.
- Provide Authority to Deduct forms at the Canteen for employees’ Canteen Credit Limit.
- Check billing submitted by canteen concessionaire for meal subsidy and canteen deductions of employees.
- Check data for transportation deductions of employees for deductions.
- Check and submit actual Work From Home percentage versus planned.
- Check and correct employees Daily Time Record before Payroll Processing.
- Check and process Payroll Adjustment filed by employees.
- Print Identification cards for newly onboarded employees, change status, lost ID and defective ID.
- Print requested Certificate of Employment for Direct Labor employees.
- Provide lockers for employees upon employment and any changes of locker assignment.
- Plan, coordinate and distribute yearly uniforms for employees.
- Encode and tag leave availment of employees.
- Report weekly and monthly absenteeism rate.
- Process JIDOKA award submitted from the production line.
- Generate needed data for Power BI reporting of labor minutes per unit.
- Send email for failure to swipe and payroll hours generated.
- Retrieve data for monthly reporting of 100% attendance.
- Provide data for monthly man hours report.
