- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance review systems
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws

- At least 13 years of HR experience is preferred

- Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
