Project Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our growing team. This individual will support the project management team in ensuring the timeliness and quality of the project deliverables and execution. The role will involve exposure to Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others, to help oversee and manage software development projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Agile Project Management Support: Assist in applying various Agile methodologies to manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Team Support: Aid in directing cross-functional teams in the successful execution of project plans, assisting in the resolution of technical and business issues as they arise.
• Planning & Strategy: Help develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals, coordinating with various stakeholders during all project phases.
• Communication: Proactively assist in communicating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, identify potential issues, create solutions, and streamline efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Support the monitoring of project progress and performance, ensuring that goals are achieved and providing actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards
• Risk Management: Assist in managing project risks and uncertainties, handling project modifications, and coordinating with relevant parties to implement changes as necessary.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with Agile leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
• Resource Management: Help allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring project requirements are met while optimizing resource productivity and morale.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Agile project management principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with project management software tools is a plus
• Relevant coursework or internship experience in project management is a plus
