As an HR Services Specialist at B. Braun you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely administration of employee benefits, timekeeping, and personnel records. You will be the go-to person for employees seeking support and guidance on HR services, contributing to a seamless employee experience.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Administer employee movements related to benefits and timekeeping, including onboarding, regularization, and resignation processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of personnel and employment data for correct benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and communicate timekeeping and benefits policies to employees and relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) as part of the onboarding process.
  • Liaise with third-party providers for HMO and GLI benefits delivery.
  • Manage timekeeping reports and coordinate with Payroll for timely processing.
  • Administer leave management and ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Handle statutory and company benefits claims, including SSS, HDMF, salary loans, reimbursements, and assistance programs.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other business-related courses.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in timekeeping and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory monetary benefits and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and timekeeping systems.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service-oriented, detail-focused, and a collaborative team player.
