HR Reports Analyst

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in gathering HR metrics data to provide insights into trends, performance and productivity of HR Team
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards for various HR metrics
• Manage accuracy or certain shared trackers and details in HRIS (CDP & Portal).
• Continuous Improvement
  • identify opportunities for improving processes within HR analytics, C&B data tracking and HRIS administration,
  • stay updated on HR trends, tools, and technologies to enhance HR data management and reporting
• Provides reports to stakeholders about different HR Metrics.
• Provides a presentation deck for different HR Metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 4 years work experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits Data Management, or a related HR role
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Darwinbox)
• Experience in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suites especially MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to deadlines and timelines, adhering to turn-around time
