Barista / Service Crew

Job Description:

Steam Train Cafe in Bacolod is looking for passionate and customer-oriented Baristas/Service Crew members to join our team. As a Barista/Service Crew, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring excellent service and high-quality beverages for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of Steam Train Cafe, ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items with attention to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and upholding company standards in product quality, customer service, and overall operations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing them with a memorable experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a food-related course is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills:

  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for coffee and food service.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform physical tasks as necessary.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary:

• Expected salary: ₱12,000 - ₱15,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives and tips are also part of the compensation package.
