JOB SUMMARY
The People Analyst (HR Reports Analyst) is responsible in the collection and tracking of compensation and benefits data, gathering information on compensation and benefits-related vendors and providers, supporting HR metrics data collection, assisting with dashboard creation, administering the HR Information System (HRIS), and maintaining documentation of C&B and HRIS guidelines. This position is essential for ensuring accurate data management and supporting the HR team in making informed decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- People Metrics Data Collection - Assist in gathering HR metrics data to provide insights into workforce trends, performance and productivity
- Dashboarding Support - Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards for various HR metrics
- HRIS Administration - a.) manages account activation and access rights of employees, b.) manage and maintain HRIS, c.) support in upgrades, enhancements and system implementations, d.) troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors for resolution
- Benefits Data Utilization - a.) collect and track benefits data, b.) assist in providing up-to-date data for analysis and decision-making for Total Rewards, c.) maintain basic databases and spreadsheets
- Compensation & Benefits Vendor Management - a.) research and gather information of vendors and service providers, b.) maintain organized directory, c.) oversee vendor accreditation, billing processing and payment tracking
- C&B and HRIS Guidelines Documentation and Reports - a.) develop and update basic documentation of C&B data collection and tracking processes, b.) create and maintain HRIS documentation including user guides, process flows and system configurations, c.) ensure all documentations are accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible, d.) generation of reports for Corporate Planning and regulatory bodies
- Continuous Improvement - a.) identify opportunities for improving processes within HR analytics, C&B data tracking and HRIS administration, b.) stay updated on HR trends, tools, and technologies to enhance HR data management and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course
- 2 to 4 years work experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits Data Management, or a related HR role
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Darwinbox)
- Experience in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to deadlines and timelines, adhering to turn-around time
