- Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, can lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
- Amenable to work at Hervias Village II, Villamonte, Bacolod City
