oManage and execute the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and on-boarding.

oCollaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, or related HR functions.

Strong knowledge of employee relations and workplace management.

Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Familiarity with construction industry safety standards and compliance is an advantage.
