We're Hiring: Facilities Assistant!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to support the maintenance and operations of our workplace environment. The ideal candidate will ensure our facilities run smoothly, maintain a safe and comfortable workspace, and provide excellent support to staff and visitors.
Location: Quezon City, Philippines

What You'll Do
Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks
Monitor and maintain facility equipment and systems
Coordinate cleaning and housekeeping activities
Handle vendor relationships and service requests
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Maintain accurate records of facility operations
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in facilities or maintenance support
Experience in BPO industry handling similar responsibility is preferred
Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment
Extensive knowledge in reporting and Admin Services tasks
Strong computer skills to include working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in Administrative Operations Management
Knowledgeable in Budget and Financial Management
