- We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate with foundational talent acquisition experience to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Support end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to access qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidates databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Perform other ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
