Responsible for the over all administration, coordination of HR strategies and services for the Company. The Role is expected to engage Business Heads and stakeholders to enable and attain corporate goals through the implementations of various HR Initiatives to attract, retain and motivate employees
QUALIFICATION
- Must be graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- At least four (4) years senior management level handling HR accounts
- Experience in labor law compliance ,performance management, recruitment and compensation and benefits programs
- Strong understanding of HR Policies , practices and statutory regulations
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Knowledge of HR trends, principles and practices
- Willing to be assigned in CDO or Lagonglong, Misamis Oriental.
