What You'll Do

As the HR Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the HR landscape within the global FMCG. You will take charge of all HR Operations aspects.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs, provide strategic HR advice, and support organizational goals through effective human resource management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing events, conducting surveys, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with internal policies and external legal requirements, regularly updating and communicating company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process that aligns with company standards.
  • Manage timekeeping systems to accurately track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness, handle payroll discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for labor relations, addressing employee grievances, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Operations Manager role brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in HR operations. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR managerial or supervisory level role, you have proven your ability to lead and inspire teams. Your willingness to commit to full RTO in BGC.

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex HR issues and provide strategic solutions.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations, including recruitment, benefits administration, labor relations, employee engagement, payroll, and timekeeping.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications. Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping software is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
