Position: HR Operations Coordinator

As a HR Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Onboarding - Assists with onboarding activities for new associates and responds to pre-start inquiries in an
- Compliance - Ensures company is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws; including Job Descritpions,
- Reporting - Prepares documents and reports and submits to appropriate department in a timely manner.
- Record Retention & Audits - Maintains department files; including preparing and filing documents for active
required documents are collected and filed appropriately. (40%)
- HR Technology - Assists with management of the Human Capital Management System, including
functions. (10%)
- Additional duties and responsibilities as a :
- Assist with the planning of company events
- Adheres to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.
