Salary Range: up to ₱35,000

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Shift Schedule: Mid Shift (3PM-12AM)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and initial screening to coordinating final interviews and onboarding. This is a new position with ample room for growth and development, ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and building meaningful connections.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination through to hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
  • Build talent pipelines using various sourcing channels and strategies.
  • Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data and reports.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare candidate briefs, and ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in headhunting, executive search, or consulting firms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms; knowledge of Airtable is a plus.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to grow within the role.
