What You'll Do

• Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll activities, including calculating wages, processing deductions, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and compensation details.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies related to HR and payroll.
• Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees, providing clear and timely resolutions.
• HR Operations: Support various HR functions, including benefits administration, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
• Reporting: Generate and review payroll reports, audits, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and HR operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations, solid understanding of payroll systems and HR best practices.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
• Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Willing to work night shifts and on-site.

Nice to have but NOT REQUIRED

• Experience in using a payroll system, particularly Brants.
• Experience with an HRIS or ERP system.
• Familiarity with relevant US labor laws and regulations, and experience in maintaining compliance.
