Job Summary:
The HR Assistant - HR Services is responsible for providing administrative support related to the on-boarding of new hires in the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inclusion of all new hires in the system through encoding of employee's personal, employment, and payroll-related details in SAP-HCM Recruitment module
  • Thorough validation of all employee details in master data
  • Creation and issuance of company IDs for both new hires and existing employees
  • Updating and proper safekeeping of 201 files to ensure confidentiality
  • Execution of all employee movements in SAP HCM through collection and validation of PAN-Bs from HR Satellite offices
  • Issuance and inventory of office supplies

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or its equivalent
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Libis, Q.C.
  • Must be willing to render extended working hours, if necessary
