Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate development programs
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
