FILINVEST COMPANY: Chroma Hospitality Inc.
The HR Supervisor is responsible for coordinating recruitment and compensation and benefits requirements of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. with Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corp. (HERC). The HR Supervisor must be familiar with company policies and procedures as well as the Philippine Labor Law as he/she will be assisting in developing programs for emloyees. He/She prepares reports necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.

The HR Supervisor is responsible for coordinating recruitment and compensation and benefits requirements of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. with Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corp. (HERC). The HR Supervisor must be familiar with company policies and procedures as well as the Philippine Labor Law as he/she will be assisting in developing programs for emloyees. He/She prepares reports necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.
- Assists in organizing and executing employees engagement activities as well as other mental, social, and recreational activities for employees.
- Coordinates with the Department Heads on possible need for forced calibration
- Assists in organizing an administrative hearing / investigation
- Handles record filing of cases
- Assists in investigating complaints brought about by employees
- Assists in filing Job Order forms for legal consultations
- Attends to queries related to labor management
- Prepares and issues approved Certificate of Employment to requesting employees
- Prepares year-end report and consolidates data submitted by all Chroma-manage properties
- Performs other duties and task assigned by head
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management / Psychology/ Behavioral Science/ any related field or of equivalent experience
- with 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist
- Knowledgeable in HR Data Analytics (Dash Board)
- Tech savvy
- Good oral and verbal communications
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work in Muntinlupa, Alabang
