Job Description
- Implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparations ensuring overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
- Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow
- Assist in talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding
- Prepare attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
- Prepare HR, attendance, and leave records
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
- Experience in payroll is required
- Well organised with high sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office AND Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
