The HR Manager is responsible for leading and aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance in all areas of human resources including talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and labor compliance. The HR Manager plays a critical role in driving a high-performance culture and supporting the overall people strategy.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a business partner or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
