Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee development.
- Coordinate and manage training programs to support employee growth.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, including HMO provisions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
A Successful HR Manager Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
- Experience in payroll, employee relations, and compliance according to local laws.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage HR operations effectively.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
