Key Qualities And Responsibilities

• Provide both strategic and operational HR support to senior leadership.
• Act as the right hand to the Sr. HRBP in driving key HR initiatives.
• *Play a critical role in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and merit review cycles.
• Support business leaders in the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Industrial sectors.
• Oversee HR administrative functions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead employee engagement and time management programs.
• Supervise licensing and general affairs contractors; coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
• Onsite presence required daily, flexibility possible post-regularization.
• Preferred background: Manufacturing and/or Engineering industries.
• Experience required: 10–15 years in HR, including at least 5 years as an HR Manager.
• Work Location: Makati City.
