As an HR/Admin. Intern, you will be tasked to do the following:

  • Provide assistance to the Admin Officer and HR Manager
  • To source job applicants from our available recruitment channels
  • Invite and schedule job applicants for on-site or virtual initial interview
  • Conduct job applicant initial interview
  • Properly schedule and endorse applicants for final interview to hiring managers
  • Assist in receiving pre-employment contracts and serving of employment contracts
  • Facilitate deployment of new hirees to their respective departments
  • Provide pre-employment requirement instructions to qualified candidates
  • Create 201 file received pre-employment requirements
  • Proper filing of documents or providing any clerical work for HR and Admin. Departments
