Core duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not meant to be all inclusive:

  • End to End process of Recruitment.
  • Prepares contract and ensures that complete requirements on the on-boarding employees.
  • Provides payroll information by encoding employee shifts and handles attendance records.
  • Assists with the preparation of timekeeping, payroll reports for review and processing
  • Handles complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees
  • Summarizes, prepares and reports all government remittances such as withholding taxes, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig
  • Online Uploading of Mandatory reports (SSS, PHIC & Pagibig)
  • Prepares and reports new employees to SSS & Philhealth (R3/R1A).
  • Monitors and updates the employee government documentation and ensure the employee benefits
  • Provide assistant to employee who wants to avail mandatory benefits to SSS (Maternity, Paternity, Sickness, etc.)
  • Process the application of Company and SSS/PAGIBIG loan of employees
  • In-charge in the issuance of employment certificate, and Philhealth certification.
  • Filling of documents to 201 files.
  • Assists colleagues whenever necessary
  • Handles other task assignments and projects as required
  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
