The HR Generalist will support the People Partner in providing guidance, insights and advise to stakeholders on employee related topics. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained. This role also focuses on delivering HR services and driving HR programs to the business unit/s he/she supports.

What You’ll Do
Employee Relations:
- Handles ER cases from serving twin notices, investigation, admin hearing and resolution.
- Reviews and approves disciplinary memos.
- Involved in initiatives for preventive and positive discipline campaign.
- Recommends sanctions on cases.
- Advises on interpretation of company policies and all ER related matters with alignment with PP.
- Conducts regular touch-base with employees through small focus group discussions.
- Conducts exit interview with leaving employees.
- Work closely with the People Partner in providing HR support to the stakeholders.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Handles some employment-related inquiries from employees.
- Recommends HR solutions, drives initiatives, implements new processes or tools in support of business priorities.
- Coordinates initiatives that enhance work relationships and retention such as surveys and employee initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years' extensive relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in a large complex global organization with multiple stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of local employment laws
- Basic knowledge on local employment laws
- Strong background in Employee Relations
- Able to work with independently. Able to work confidentially and ethically
- Good stakeholder management skill
- Skills needed: Listening, consultation and coaching skills
