HR Digital Product Manager (DPM)
Role Overview
The Digital Product Manager (DPM) leads the strategy, development, and adoption of HR digital solutions. This role co-owns multiple HR tech roadmaps with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and measurable business impact. AI-powered automation and data insights accelerate decision-making and optimize HR operations, while ensuring alignment with HR priorities and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own & Drive HR Tech Roadmaps
- Co-own and refine multiple digital roadmaps with HR COEs to align with business goals.
- Ensure blueprints and BRDs are harmonized across HR platforms for consistency and integration.
- Collaborate with IT to manage vendor evaluations, system security, and due diligence.
2. Enhance HR Operations with Practical AI & Automation
- Use AI and automation to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making.
- Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in reporting, trend analysis, and employee experience.
- Ensure AI adoption is ethical, transparent, and focused on business outcomes.
3. Lead Digital Change Management
- Work with L&D Leads to create clear adoption, training, and communication strategies for HR tech rollouts.
- Map from-to states to guide smooth transitions for digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure HR teams and employees are engaged, equipped, and confident in using new technologies.
4. Measure & Optimize Adoption & Impact
- Work with HRIS and HRBPs to track adoption, performance, and engagement metrics.
- Use data insights to refine solutions, enhance workforce strategies, and improve service delivery.
- Provide leadership with clear reporting on HR tech performance and ROI.

HR tech roadmaps are aligned, owned, and executed with clear priorities.
Digital solutions are widely adopted, reducing friction in HR processes.
AI-driven insights improve workforce planning, decision-making, and service efficiency.
Stakeholders are engaged and confident in transformation initiatives.
HR COEs are enabled to drive sustainable digital adoption in their areas.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years in HR Tech, Digital Transformation, or Product Management.
Experience in HR system integrations, process automation, and Agile methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, aligning HR, IT, and business teams on digital initiatives.
