- Oversees the manning, employee’s engagement, retention, and other HR related concerns that will have an impact to PC business.
- Collaborates with the Cluster Heads in terms of manning, performance, employee discipline, succession planning and other HR related concerns.
- Attends to Core Business employees’ concern.
- Processes admin cases
- Execute engagement activities
- Talent Management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
- At least more than 5 years’ experience in human resource
- With background in labor relations, organizational development, and talent management
- With experience handling multiple locations
- Willing to travel and handle South Luzon branches
