Job Description
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and supporting people management decisions.
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison with local labor authorities, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Contribute to the development and review of regional HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
- Lead the implementation of HR processes in the Philippines, including performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, talent development, training, engagement surveys, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment for both site and office roles.
- Oversee payroll operations and monitor time and attendance systems to ensure accurate execution.
- Support global workforce mobility (visas, work permits, relocations) in coordination with global mobility and local administration teams.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday (HCM system) and ensure timely delivery of HR reports.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention.
- Support organizational change management and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
- Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
