Essential Job Functions:
- Provide support to HR teams on various tasks and projects
- Assist in basic data analysis and reporting
- Participate in HR training and development activities
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on specific support tasks
- Offer administrative assistance in HR documentation and record management
- Help maintain HR records
- Support HR reporting and data management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proven interest in HR data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in basic HR tools and systems
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
- Detail-oriented and attentive to data quality
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- A commitment to continuous learning and industry knowledge
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Additional coursework or relevant certifications are a plus
