Why this role exists
Our client is expanding their creative team and seeking a talented Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to drive their social media strategy and content initiatives. This role will be instrumental in crafting engaging content, managing social media presence, and creating visual assets that align with their data-driven approach to digital marketing. They need someone who can balance creativity with analytics to deliver measurable results while maintaining their high standards of quality.
The Impact you’ll make
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement strategic social media plans across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
- Create and schedule engaging daily content that aligns with brand voice
- Monitor and engage with community through comments, messages, and strategic interactions
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns
- Research and incorporate industry trends into content strategy
- Develop and optimize email marketing content for maximum conversion
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
- Create eye-catching graphics using Canva for social media and marketing materials
- Edit and enhance short-form videos for social media platforms
- Add professional captions and transitions to video content
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all materials
- Monitor social media KPIs and engagement metrics
- Generate regular performance reports
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record in content creation and copywriting
- Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design principles
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Expert-level Canva skills
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities
- Social media platform expertise (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Creative problem-solving
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Nice-to-have: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
- 20 hours per week
- $7 per hour
- No benefits package included
