Responsibilities
Your Role:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for supporting client groups primarily in the Toronto offices in all areas of Human Resources. The successful candidate will also review, create and implement policies, reports and processes and participate in projects that support key business objectives. The ability to collaborate, take initiative, adapt and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
Your Role:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for supporting client groups primarily in the Toronto offices in all areas of Human Resources. The successful candidate will also review, create and implement policies, reports and processes and participate in projects that support key business objectives. - Provide accessible and visible support and guidance to management and employees in all areas of Human Resources.
- Ensure successful resolution of Employee Relations issues
- Support and coordinate Performance Review and Performance Management processes
- Implement HR initiatives in support of Citco’s business and strategic plans
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to key stakeholders
- Support Temporary Foreign Workers by providing relevant and current information on applicable work permit and Permanent Resident streams
- Analyze HR metrics and data and use the analysis to drive conversations and initiatives with the business
- Maintain oversight of risk, ensure appropriate HR protocols are followed and monitor areas of exposure
- Deliver HR Orientation sessions and assist in the on-boarding process of new hires
- Assist in the maintenance of employee records in HRIS (Oracle)
- May assist the Talent Acquisition Partner as needed by attending career fairs
About You:
- You have a post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated experience across the spectrum of Human Resources (employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits) as well as experience working on HR projects and initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of provincial and federal employment law and policies
- Hands-on experience with various immigration processes such as work permit and Permanent Resident applications an asset
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven judgment and decision making ability
- Ability to work independently with a high level of energy, creativity and independent thinking
