HR Associate [Pooling]
The HR Associate provides support across various human resources functions, including employee lifecycle processes, HR systems administration, employee data management, and general employee support. This role helps ensure HR operations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and procedures.

The HR Associate provides support across various human resources functions, including employee lifecycle processes, HR systems administration, employee data management, and general employee support. This role helps ensure HR operations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and procedures.
YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support for HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee movements.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation (e.g., employment contracts, letters, memos).
- Coordinate with payroll, recruitment, and other HR sub-functions as needed.
- Generate standard HR reports and assist with data audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP GHP) is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
