The Opportunity at a Glance


We’re hiring a highly organized and detail-focused AU Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to support an Australian promotional company in both financial and executive operations. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.


To be considered, you must have proven experience in Australian bookkeeping, including payroll, BAS submissions, and Xero proficiency — this is a non-negotiable requirement. This hybrid role blends financial accuracy with top-tier executive support, ideal for someone who thrives on structure and variety in their day.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact



  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage all bookkeeping functions using Xero

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations, BAS lodgements, payroll, and month-end closing

  • Ensure full compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations

  • Manage executive calendars, email correspondence, and administrative tasks

  • Organize corporate travel and monitor insurance policies or vehicle registrations

  • Provide light CRM admin support, ideally within HubSpot


 


What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:



  • Have proven Australian bookkeeping experience (non-negotiable)

  • Are proficient in Xero accounting software

  • Have previous Executive Assistant or Admin Assistant experience, supporting international stakeholders

  • Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal

  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking remotely

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Are familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot (preferred but not required)

Work Schedule & Employment Terms



  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday

  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates

  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
